What's included in the ticket price?

Entrance to the Gin Festival, lovely Copa gin glass to use and take home, Gin Guide Booklet, single measure gin or rum welcome drink,

live music, DJ

 

How can I pay?

We accept online bookings (booking fee applies), cash payment, or direct bank transfer.

Cost of gins & payment

We operate a token system. A standard single gin or rum (25ml) is £5 including mixer and garnish. We offer refunds for unused tokens, but tokens must be redeemed on the day of the event, before the end of the session. Sorry, no refunds will be given after the day of the event.

Will there be other drinks available?

Yes, there will be beers, wine, Prosecco, spirits, soft drinks and hot drinks available. 

 

Is there an age limit for the event? 

Ginvincible is an adult only event so you must be aged 18 or over to enter. We operate challenge 25, so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you WILL be asked for proof of age before being allowed entry to the event.

Can I go out and come back in to the festival?

Yes, certainly, but we will have to give you a small stamp on your hand for re-admittance.

Can I buy a ticket as a gift for someone?

Yes, ​anyone aged 18 or over, with proof of ID if required, can use the ticket.

Will food be available?

Yes, food will be available. We will keep our social media up to date with what will be on offer. Food traders to be announced. Please follow our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages for information.

Sorry, we do not allow you to bring food and drink to the festival.          

Is there any entertainment?

Yes, our DJ will provide a mixed playlist, together with our live bands. At our evening sessions, you can relax and chat around our 

fire pits.

Will there be any seating?

Ginvincible is a standing event. Seating is not guaranteed but there will be a few tables and benches/straw bales on a first come first served basis, which cannot be reserved in advance. You are welcome to bring a chair or blanket.

Are dogs allowed at the festival?

Only guide dogs are allowed at the festival and must be kept on a lead and under control, at all times

Is there any parking?

There is limited parking, so it would be advisable to book a space if you are driving. We recommend a taxi or minibus.

Is smoking allowed at the festival?

Smoking on site is only allowed in the designated smoking area.

Security?

For the security of all our guests bags will be searched on entry to the festival.

How do I buy a ticket?

We sell our tickets online through Ticketsource (booking fee applies)

Tickets or smart phones will be scanned on arrival at the event.

How do I buy drink tokens?

Drinks tokens are available to buy at the event. To avoid any queue you can purchase your tokens prior to the event and they will be ready for collection when you arrive. Please telephone 07766 104416 to purchase your tokens.

 

​​If the event is sold out, is there a waiting list for tickets?

Yes, once the event has sold out, a waiting list will be available in case of returned tickets. We sell our tickets via Ticketsource and we will advertise on the booking page if they become available.

What about refunds?

Sorry, no refunds.

You can of course pass your ticket on to a friend, as long as          they are aged 18 or over (ID may be required).

If the festival has to be cancelled for health and safety reasons, or exceptional weather conditions beyond our control on the day (force majeure), a partial refund may be given due to unavoidable costs.

Is smoking allowed at the festival?

Smoking on site is only allowed in the designated smoking area.

Images and filming

The event may be filmed, recorded or photographed and buying a ticket affirms your consent. You agree that The Farm FWE

producers of Ginvincible may use such images in perpetuity and in any format whatsoever for publicity purposes, use in social media, on our website and in print. You further agree that copyright in these materials is owned by The Farm FWE producers of Ginvincible.

General​

The venue management reserves the right to ask any person  to leave if they are causing a disturbance or damaging the        property. In the event of failure to comply with management    requests, the management reserves the right to remove the      offending guest without being liable for any refund or            compensation.
